Exhibition experience

The history of Danish witchcraft is a tangled web of myths and mysteries. Now, three women accused of witchcraft – Maren Splids, Christenze Kruckow and Maren Ringsbjerg – are given a voice in the exhibition Might & Magic. Leading women actors bring their stores to life in a riveting audio track relating the fates of the three women in the setting of a spellbinding exhibition design.

Join us on a journey back to the Renaissance in the dark ruins under Christiansborg Palace, as we tell the story as it really was, in the place where it happened.

About the exhibition

The exhibition Might & magic was created in collaboration with the Reumert Award-winning set designer Ditte Marie Walter Tygesen and experts from the HEX! Museum of Witch Hunt in Ribe.

The exhibition is not recommended for children under the age of 10.
