1. Terms and conditions for admission tickets bought online:
There is no right of cancellation for tickets bought online, and tickets cannot be changed to another date or time. Tickets bought online are also not subject to the right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Protection Act, cf. the Act’s section 18, paragraph 2, no. 12. Thus, your ticket is non-refundable.
2. Terms and conditions when you have bought or booked a guided tour, learning activity or school visit:
2.1.
A guided tour or learning activity that was booked via our booking department may be cancelled until 14 days prior to the scheduled date. If you make the cancellation later than 14 days prior to the scheduled date, you will be charged full price for the tour or activity.
2.2.
The number of guests in your booking can be changed free of charge until 3 working days prior to the scheduled date. After this date, you will be charged for the number of guests recorded in the Royal Danish Collection’s booking system
3. Terms and conditions for event tickets bought online:
If we have to cancel an event (due to illness, low ticket sales or other compelling reasons), the cost of the ticket will be refunded.
4. Login for business clients:
Regular customers/companies may apply to become login clients. Terms and conditions for login clients are specified in a special contract for business partners.
5. Terms and conditions for weddings/renting premises:
If you cancel a confirmed agreement, you will be charged 25% of the rental fee. If the cancellation is made within 3 days prior to the event, you will be charged the fulll amount.
6. Liability:
Online purchases are subject to the rules in the Danish Marketing Practices Act (in Danish: Markedsføringsloven) and the Danish Act on Certain Consumer Contracts (in Danish: Lov om visse forbrugsaftaler).
7. Privacy:
Personal information such as name, e-mail and so forth will be treated confidentially and is used solely for processing your order. In accordanc with the rules for handling complaints, we are required to store this data until two years after your purchase. Furthermore, some information from the transaction will be stored in our accountancy documents, which are stored for five years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (in Danish: Bogføringsloven).
